Rodion Farulev was born in a family of musicians in South Korea (Seoul) in 2004. He began to study the cello at the age of 4 under the guidance of his father. He performed his first solo concert on stage in Seoul with the National Symphony Orchestra at the age of 8. In 2014 he entered the Secondary Special Music School at the Conservatory in the class of E. A. Dernova. He performed on many stages of St. Petersburg: in the Small and Big Hall of the Philharmonic Society, the Myasnikov Mansion, in the Presidential Library. Became a laureate and winner of 3 International Competitions. Separate solo performances by Rodion Farulev were broadcast on radio and television.
